Kazakhstan is a vast nation with dramatic and unexpected landscapes. One of them is the chalk lands—snow-white mountains with towering cliffs made of pure chalk. This spectacular landscape is little known outside Kazakhstan, but that's going to change; a film crew from Japan is about to reveal this mysterious and rarely seen world. And they'll go to extraordinary lengths to do so. Their mission will take them both deep underground and right to the very edges of precipices... and beyond. This is the challenge of the chalk lands.
