部員が新潟のラーメンを自撮り7分で紹介！使用する撮影機材は手持ちサイズのカメラ１台のみ！オープニングから店紹介、さらには食レポに至るまで、全てがNGT48らーめん部のメンバー自身による“オール自撮り”の番組です！県内の魅力的なラーメン店を1話あたり1軒ずつ紹介していきます。ただし…カメラを回せる時間はトータルでたったの７分間だけ。前フリからお店の紹介、食レポまでを、自分たちで尺配分しながら撮影していきます。限られた時間の中で、メンバー達がどのように新潟ラーメンの魅力やおいしさを発信していくのか？成長の過程も楽しむことができるグルメバラエティです。
