The theme of the 4th episode of What's the Best Akita Food!? is "meat." Chocolate Planet came to Akita for the first time in three years and visited restaurants in Akita city to enjoy Akita's proud beef, pork, and chicken. The fellow comedian "Impossible" bursts in and competes in quizzes and games with Chocopla to eat the best meat dish. Will Chocopla be able to enjoy Akita's meat? Also, they interact with Akita dogs and experience the famous traditional Akita Kanto festival. You can not only enjoy the funny conversation between Chocopla and guests but also learn deeply about Akita's culture.

The 3rd episode of What's the Best Akita Food!? focuses on the traditional fermented food in Akita. The members of two idol groups research the various fermented foods of Akita like fish sauce, natto, sake, and so on, and give a presentation to Chocopla. A chef cooks new dishes using those ingredients to treat busy Chocopla.

A battle between a first-class chef, a housewife celeb, and an amateur cooking celeb.
They cook a dish based on a theme and compete to see which is the tastier. However, the budget the three chefs can spend on food shopping is as follows:
The professional is given $5, the housewife $20, and the amateur $100.
In other words, the shopping budget of cooks with high and low cooking skills are inversely proportional.
Can the professional produce high quality food regardless of budget? Or does the amateur grab $100 and do the “Uprising Kitchen” with fantastic ingredients? Or will the housewife win by the wisdom and experience?

She is struggling with her unaccustomed lifestyle since moving from the city to the countryside. But there is the reassuring presence for Aoi: Akita sweets! They are the only source of energy for Aoi.
This program is composed of two parts, drama and documentary. In the drama part, you can discover the attraction of Akita sweets through Aoi’s daily life at her unique workplace. The documentary part introduces the background story of famous Akita sweets.

This is a " head-to-head" battle between five challengers and a champion of various genres.
The challenger will challenge with a striking skill he or she is good at, and the champion must take all fight.
In short, the champion must fight with the five specialists, regardless of his or her own strengths or weaknesses.
The point is, Champion must win whenever!
Champions will feel unshakable confidence and ecstasy if they win their fifth consecutive championship!
On the other hand, if the Champion loses even once, the challenger achieves "Giant-Killing" and earns prize.

Some new characters appear and cheer Chocopla, like professional basketball players, Namahage, and Akita beauty. Also, Chocopla's friend, Tonikaku Akarui Yasumura appears with surprise. Waka-chan, who is an ex-grand champion of Sumo, and Fuku-chan, who is a famous comedian, are trying to make the best Chanko Nabe (Sumo style hot pot).
They go on a 120-kilometer motorbike trip to find local ingredients. Get excited about the secrets of the foods you thought you knew! At the final destination, they'll make Chanko hot pot for 100 people! If the locals say it's good, the mission is complete!!

The regular popular program “Udo-chan’s Trip” has been aired for 17 years. And the special series has been aired for 10 years.
Udo-chan travels to Mikawa Bay in Aichi prefecture. During his trip, he is with a talented actor, Ryuta Sato and an idol, Ami Inamura known as “God swing pitch” during the opening ceremony. Their trip at Nishio station is the place, which Udo-chan has already visited 4times. They visit the Pizza & Steak restaurant, which Udo-chan every time goes and the master and the nice antique atmosphere make them feel comfortable. Then they find a lovely café and meet a maniac master, who takes his coffee seriously. They admired the rich taste of coffee. After the coffee shop, they head to the tea shop because Nishio-city is famous for Tea, but the shop is closed. Therefore, they go to the memorial park and find a clock tower, which has a button and starts playing local songs. They choose “Nishio de LaLa” (LaLa at Nishio City) randomly and dance with the pop melody. They had so much fun. At the end, they have seafood lunch and go to see a sunset by “Tuk-Tuk”!!
It is a beautiful scenery and they look back to their teenage years with nostalgic feelings.

いつもながらのゆる～い空気を大切に今日もどこかで旅を続けています。
放送17年目に突入した2020年。毎年恒例の年明け一発目の「冬の〇〇シリーズＳＰ」も10回目！
今回の旅の舞台は「冬の三河湾」と題して抹茶で有名な六万石の城下町の愛知県西尾市からスタートし、うなぎ養殖の一色町や吉良上野介ゆかりの町・吉良町、そして竹島水族館や深海魚グルメで知られる蒲郡市などの三河湾エリア。
今回のシークレットゲストは、弾けるような笑顔がまぶしい俳優・佐藤隆太さんと、豪快な神スイングで知られる稲村亜美さん。2人の登場に、のけ反るほど驚くウドちゃん。
西尾駅前付近はウドちゃんが過去に4回訪れていますが、実に5年ぶり。記憶を探り探り旅をはじめます。
まず最初に訪れたのは、過去4回のうち毎回訪れている「ピザ＆ステーキ・あい」。ここは昭和レトロな佇まいで、アンティークを収集している優しいご主人に癒されてきました。
ご主人に別れを告げ、歩いていると隆太さんが気になった「フレーバーコーヒー」という可愛らしいキャラクターの看板のお店へ。このお店は自家焙煎したコーヒー豆を販売するだけでなく、独自の見解で抽出の仕方までこだわる、可愛い看板からは想像もできないほどのマニアック店主のお店でした。そのお味も驚くほどの美味しさに3人もただただ驚くばかり。隆太さんが気になり、ふらりと立ち寄ったお店でしたが、コーヒーだけにその奥の深さに感動すら覚える3人でした。
西尾市はお茶の町ということで、せっかくなのでお茶やお茶スイーツをいただきたいと、聞き込み。西尾城跡である歴史公園近くにお店があると聞いて向かいます。しかし、この日はお店が定休日。残念な気持ちを一変してくれたのが、公園内にある時計台。この時計台にはご当地ソングが数種類収録されていて、ボタンを押すと流れるシステム。「西尾小唄」や「茶摘み音頭」などがある中で、何気なく押したのは「西尾でLaLa」というタイトル。
体が自然にリズムにのって、3人ともノリノリ状態！一気に気分を楽しくさせてくれました。
通常のタクシーで三河湾方面である西尾市一色町へ向かい、観光案内所で教えてもらった「さかな広場」で食事をしようという事に。さらには、「トゥクトゥク」がその場所に来てくれるという事で一石二鳥な旅のプランが決まります！
3人はトゥクトゥクで西川さんおススメの浜辺に向かいます。少し冷たい海風を浴びながら海岸線を走るトゥクトゥク。
三河湾に太陽が沈みかけ、夕暮れの浜辺に到着すると、素晴らしい夕景の三河湾が待っていました。
まるで青春の1ページのような風景・・・。そんな風景にセンチメンタルな気分になったのか、初恋の思い出エピソードを話しはじめる3人。そして、最後に運転してくれた西川さんに話を聞くと・・・意外な？答えが返ってきて3人もびっくり！
西尾駅前からスタートして5年ぶりのお店「あい」に始まり、美しい三河湾を眺めながら「こい」の話で終わった、なんとも不思議な道筋の旅でした。
