A film by a new upcoming filmmaker Takuya Kato, which depicts the fragile and crumbling daily life, the process of becoming a　woman from a girl, the bittersweetness and frustration of sweet and sad love, and the conflicts that can only be contained within　oneself, in a life-sized romantic film that pierces the heart.
Yumi is studying design at university. One day, she realizes that she is pregnant. She has a boyfriend, Naoya, whom she met when　she made a flyer for a theater club she knows, but she is not confident that he is the father of her baby. Yumi feels troubled.
On　the other hand, the more Naoya tries to accept the reality, the more his thoughts and feelings towards Yumi diverge...

High school student, Yo (Sara Shida), lived with her father, Nao (Arata Iura), after her mother, Sachiyo (Hikari Ishida), left the family when she was very young.
However, their life together came to an end and they started a new life as a family of four with her father's second marriage partner, Miko (Akiko Kikuchi), and her stepdaughter, four-year-old Hinata.
She confides in Riku (Oji Suzuka), who belongs to the same art club as Yo, about her confusion about this new life. Yo, who has been developing curiosity for her biological mother, Sachiyo, promises to go with Riku to Sachiyo's art exhibition.

Missing the last train of the day on Tokyo’s Keio Line at Meidaimae Station, college student Mugi Yamane (Masaki Suda) encounters Kinu Hachiya (Kasumi Arimura). In an era where life is often rushed, this pair of dramas explores the preciousness of the time we spend with those we love. Kaede works for a small production company and has grown tired of men who vanish after a few dates. Mysterious and handsome, Seishiro has never settled and works part time at a restaurant. When Kaede goes there to film an interview, her encounter with Seishiro sparks a heartwarming romance between the pair.

Mitsuko (Non), who is now 31 years old, is getting used to living a single life. The reason why she enjoys her single life is because of a counselor “A” in her mind (inner conscience). Mitsuko always talks to “A” when she can’t make up her mind for human relationships, nor what to do with herself. “A” always gives her the right answer.
One day, she falls in love with a young man, Tada(Kento Hayashi) although she believes that she has no objection to live alone with “A” peacefully. 　
Believing that they have mutual feelings, she takes one step forward though confused that she cannot be as daring as she was in her 20’s.

Rikka is 18 and in the last year of high school. But she still acts like she’s in puberty.
It’s spring break and high school seniors are looking ahead to their college entrance exams. Rikka Takanashi and her boyfriend, Yuta Togashi, have been an item for a long time and live together, but their relationship seems frozen in time, unable to mature to the next level. Then one day, Rikka’s elder sister, Tohka, declares she’s taking her sister and the family to Italy where she’s landed a stable job.
Yuta panics despite agreeing with Tohka that Rikka can’t be left alone in Japan, and her chances of getting into college are slim. Still, the two lament the idea of being torn from each other. So at the suggestion of his friends, Yuta decides the two will elope, and a dramatic chase across Japan begins.

■ INTRODUCTION
Marmalade Boy, a best-selling comic series with 10 million copies in print, will be made into a live-action movie. Loved by numerous fans around the world for many years, it was adapted into a TV anime series (76 episodes) in 1994 and a theatrical anime movie in 1995, as well as a live-action Taiwanese drama series in 2001.
The new film will be directed by Ryuichi Hiroki of movies Strobe Edge (2015), Wolf Girl and Black Prince (2016), and Policeman and Me (2017).

■ STORY
Out of the blue one day, schoolgirl Miki Koishikawa's parents announce that they are getting a divorce. During their trip to Hawaii, they met another married couple, the Matsuuras, and Miki's mom fell in love with the other husband, and Miki's dad, with the other wife, and hence the two couples are swapping partners and getting remarried. They also propose that the two families, including the Matsuura's son, Yu, who is the same age as Miki, move in together.
As such Miki and Yu start living under the same roof with their unconventional parents. In contrast to Miki, who wants to maintain a certain distance from her off-the-wall parents, Yu seems unfazed by the whole situation. Miki starts falling for Yu, who she discovers has a kind heart under a cool exterior. Then one day, Ginta, Miki's former crush who rejected her while in middle school, confesses that he'd always had feelings for her. And Arimi, who claims to be Yu's ex-girlfriend, also enters the scene...

■ STORY
