Katsuyuki Sawa lost his pregnant wife, Kasumi, in a traffic accident a year ago. Katsuyuki sets off on his journey to completes Kasumi's “Places to Go list”. His goal is to commit a suicide at where they promised to visit together. On his way he meets Izumi Kusama traveling alone by car. She is suffering from a lung disease and is on a journey to accomplish her wish lists in her remaining life. The two gets on the same load and it changes Katsuyuki's life.
