Kyosuke Fushimi, who used to be celebrated as a brilliant detective at the Kanagawa Prefectural Police Department's Homicide Division, joins KSBC to try and solve difficult crimes shrouded in mystery.
Fushimi forms a team of private investigators that includes quite some characters, like a former university professor of criminal psychology who is an expert at profiling, a single mother and former member of the Self Defense Forces, and a young genius hacker.
At first glance, KSBC seems like a dream team, but it turns out that everyone is an "ex-criminal" with a dark past.
From a "surveillance tower" equipped with cutting-edge technology, the investigators track down the culprits in real time.

In Japan, in the 1990s, Ayumi Hamasaki was called Ayu and had become a superstar known throughout Japan.

We will see the glamorous mainstream of the music scene, the hidden undercurrents behind the scenes and the overall light and shadow of the turbulent music scene depicted in overwhelming scale. This is the tumultuous story of the encounter and parting of Masa, a producer of all time who changed Japanese music history and still keeps on creating legends, and Ayu, who had become a top diva of Japan.

And so when he sees doctors driving around in expensive cars and caring more about their stocks and their careers rather than their patients, he decides to do whatever he can to cut away the cancer that infects the hospital.
Sometimes clever, other times callous, Sagara uses all kinds of methods in an attempt to reform the hospital.
