“Even if you're a pet, or if you're not blood related, as long as you live under the same roof, you're family!” So says Kentaro Shiba or Shibaken, the town vet in this family drama designed to brighten your day and put a smile on viewers’ faces. A busybody who can't leave someone alone when he sees them in trouble, Shibaken is easily emotional... and if truth be told, kind of a pain. As a vet he saves pets lives of course, but he also worries about their owners and the troubles they encounter, doing whatever he can to help them out.

Conan as you’ve never seen him before! To mark the 10th anniversary of the anime series Detective Conan in 2006, the popular program was adapted into a special live-action drama. The plot revolves around two characters, Shinichi Kudo and Ran Mouri, and takes place when Shinichi was still a regular high-school student, before being poisoned by a strange man who turned him into the diminutive Conan. Shinichi has become a popular student at school because of his detective skills and is even receiving a lot of media coverage. The night before a trip, Shinichi receives a strange letter: “This is a letter of challenge to the high-school detective. During the school trip, one of your classmates will be kidnapped. If you are able to prevent it, you win. But if you fail, I win. You will then have to give up your title of high-school detective.”
