Each side is to spread propaganda about the war that the fictional nation Palette is attempting to start. Team Government wins if more people support the war, while Team Resistant wins if more people are against it.
The two teams are divided into two separate rooms to hold a meeting and execute their plans,
but a spy has infiltrated each team.
Who is the spy? Which team will win, Team Government or Team Resistance?

The protagonist Hiroshi Kokusho was an ace rugby player in his high school days attracting national attention, but his forceful play led to an injury.
