Kyosuke Katagiri has arrived in Tokyo from the countryside to attend college, but keeps up his long-distance relationship with Sa-chan, a girl he has been dating since middle school. Despite seeing each other for four years, the two have never made love. One day, Kyosuke visits his neighbor to deliver a lost item and ends up developing an intimate relationship with a married woman, Shino. Not fully understanding true love, Kyosuke finds himself having to choose between his hometown girlfriend and a married city woman.
