Children call him “PONY Teacher”!!
His name is Junichiro Okawa, who is an elementary school teacher in Tottori city. He started Equestrian when he was in university. Since then, he has been devoting himself to hold activities letting children interact with pony at his workplace.
We can say, he spends most of his life being with pony. However, few years ago, he was diagnosed with an intractable disease. Never give in to my disease! Fighting against progressing disease, he aims to participate in Equestrian in The Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games. With his partner pony, they get each other and try to achieve their dream.
